As the newest member of the Innovative team, I have been so impressed by the commitment and sincerity of the owner of the organization. In August 2016, she recognized that she had built a business that had seen great success over the years, but now needed to redefine its culture and reinforce its structure, to continue to compete in this ever changing market. She sought to introduce change, including beginning her search for an experienced leader to help her get the business to the next level. I was one of the lucky candidates she reached out to. The interview process was illustrative of her commitment to each of her employees as she spoke about the diversity of her team and the wonderful talents they bring to work each day to provide quality service to her valued customers. It was this commitment from the owner, to not only acknowledge and identify areas of opportunity for growth in her organization; but to make the decision to act, and invest in addressing those areas, that have made my transition a great one. Innovative is poised and ready to re-establish itself as not only a top level service organization, but also a place where employees enjoy coming to work; where their voices are heard and they are contributors to a renewed culture of team work, respect and transparency.
