I got a call from a recruiter (not at IMC, but at a company affiliated with them) telling me about the position at IMC. In the call, we discussed about my qualifications, skills, and more about the job. After this, he let me know that, in around a week, someone from IMC would schedule an interview with me. The next day, the recruiter called me and wanted to schedule an interview that same day because the hiring manager would be doing something and wouldn't be available in that week. This interview was done with Microsoft Teams. There were 3 people who I had a conversation with, and some others joined too, but they didn't change their name (so their display name was their phone number), have a webcam, or talked. They talked more in depth about the position and what I would be working with. The interview question they said (that I remember) I will list in the questions section. After this, I could ask questions about them, the company, and anything related. The people in the interview were pleasant to interact with. It's been a month since then, and I have not received any further information from IMC or the recruiter. A week after the interview, I followed up with the recruiter, and he said the people I interviewed with said it went very well. Not well enough to get any form of contact I guess. Just can't get a response from anyone involved. Would not recommend...
