Initially I was contacted by a recruiter who then had me talked to several different managers. The interview process is pretty average but if they don’t hire you they just don’t call you and leave you without feed back. It’s unfortunate because they seem like a good company to work for. All parties seemed very pleasant and professional. The process took approximately a month.

1) One technical phone interview
2) One technical and HR face 2 face interview with some written test as well
3) Three VOIP final screenings
Nice and cool technical staff. Disappointing HR personnel: I have been completely ignored after rejecting the offer (because of a better offer for a better role). After a 20-days recruitment process and after writing a long and polite e-mail being sorry for the way it ended up I was expecting some consideration.
