I was found by a staffing agency. I talked to them and had an interview scheduled with ICT within 24hrs. It was short and sweet and was offered the job on the spot. The boss doesn't truly understand what he's looking for in my position, so he didn't know what specifically to ask about. Couple that with the fact that there's a 90 day trial, I don't think he really bothered to decide if it was a good fit, rather it was just a calculated risk trying someone out.
