Entrevista
I applied online via the JPAL/IPA common application. Everyone was very friendly, but the hiring process was very disorganized - it felt completely ad hoc. I had many many interviews (10+) with, often, the same people again, but in different combinations. This negatively affected my impression of IPA's administration. The marginal added value of each interview just plummeted, and - at each stage - I was given the impression that *this* was the last stage.

Initial call with recruiter. Then moved on to a hiring assessment. Assessment was an intensive, but good 3 hour exercise.
Following assessment, never heard a word from the recruiter despite following up. Extremely unprofessional to not notify candidates one way or the other after they participate in an interview process.
