Production Manager and VP were very brief. Asked some standard questions, but mostly just needed a warm body to count boxes, pallets, and paper goods. Still, they were very unclear about putting structure on the position. I was told, "This job can be whatever you want it to be," which I have learned means that you will constantly have people trying to dump things on you. If you are smart and assertive, you can cherrypick the things that interest you. However, if you are a pushover or say no to everyone, you will become overwhelmed or obsolete.
