Interviews were appropriate and just had three rounds which moved along pretty quickly with constant communication and updates. I had a really great impression. Received an offer but only then did they disclose that they changed the location and also instead of remote made the role fully onsite even though it was advertised as fully remote. Even after I declined the offer the role was continually reposted stating it was 'remote'.

I applied online, and HR (at HQ) emailed me to schedule a call. The call was not difficult. HR did not give me a good impression of the company because 1) he was late to the call 2) he refused to answer basic questions during the interview (I asked what the interview process would be, how long it'd take, etc.) and 3) he ghosted me. The call, in general, was quite an unprofessional face of the company.

Super basic questions: Why do you want to work at Innova? Why did you apply to Innova? What have you achieved in your career? How many calls per week have you made to potential clients? How long does it take for you to close a deal?

Entrevista
First interview was nice. Questions were mostly related to your CV, goals and knowledge. During the second interview, you are required to present a topic of your choice. Sadly, after this presentation, I never heard back from the company even though I reached out myself after the date on which they told me they would have their final answer.
