Phone screen with internal recruiter. Onsite meet and greet with leadership team for 20 minutes. 1.5 weeks of no feedback or response. On site interview scheduled. Interviewed with Plant Manager along with plant tour, two peers on leadership team and then phone interview with VP of HR. Overall, I believe the process was slow with unnecessary steps. A 20 min meet and greet and then 2 weeks before an actual interview is not an expeditious way of handling things. PM did not interact with the employees on the floor which is not a good sign.

Interview Process was highly structured and professional. I met with key people and all of them were very nice and knowledgeable. Inline has a very structured HR team and i beleive they do a great job.
