They asked questions that are wrapped around customer services experiences and ask for examples
It was fairly easy process. Applied online through website and updated CV and cover letter. In a few days got the invite for online assessment to be done within a time period. Then got a call in a few days to confirm some details. This was followed by a panel interview that was online as well. They usually respond in a few days about outcome and give a great feedback ad well.

Applied Online of IRD website. 15 Minutes Phone Interview with basic question and interest for the role. Confirmation of panel interview with two people. Interview is focused on STAR method. both interviewers are friendly and professional and very Supportive Specially Mrak.
