In the first round, an interview was scheduled with the HR Manager which lasted for about 15 minutes at the end of which I was told if selected for the next round, the next round will involve shadowing with one of their campaign managers for the entire day to get an idea of what exactly the work entails.
In the second round, I spent the entire day shadowing one of their most successful campaign managers who gave me a good insight into the whole job profile. At the end of the day, we got back to office and he met with the HR first and gave his assessment of me. Thereafter, the HR manager called me in and interviewed me about my experience on that day and whether I was up for the task. Finally I was told, if selected I'll be informed through telephone.
