First round interview already with HR manager and Team lead which is always nice. General questions about background and experiences with little specific, technical knowledge required. Provided an overview of the role with little details.
After first round ghosted with no reply despite reaching out multiple times

Initial task to be completed within 48 hours. If passed, Interview with HR. If passed, final interview with CEO, prospective boss, and HR.
From start to finish it felt unprofessional. Following my final interview, I did not even receive a courtesy email or call from HR to tell me (I assume) that I would not be offered the role. This was true to form as I had previously had to prompt HR when I was due responses. I was asked highly unprofessional questions in the interview such as my views on contentious, historic social issues which had no relevance to the role. It seemed to me that my honest answers but safe answers were still too liberal for the interviewer which seemed to count against me. This line of questioning made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was a decidedly negative experience that I would not wish on another applicant, and despite being baffled by the lack of courtesy I am glad they never contacted me again. From the few glassdoor responses, I can see I'm not the only person who has suffered at the unprofessionalism of this company. The only saving grace is that there appeared to be an office dog.

I would say that worthwhile interview questions were limited.

Over 30 days waiting for a response as to how I performed in my interview, which was the 2nd round of a multi stage process, I can attest to previous reviews that this company isn't worth wasting your time on. The interview itself was like something from the 1990s: refusing to share any information on the salary, they wore a ridiculous uniform, the female interviewee in particular just made it her business to find perceived holes in my CV. She had a very sharp, arrogant and dismissive attitude. The general vibe I detected is that this is a very hierarchical company, where employees are to be seen but not heard, where transparency is anathema to their culture and open communication is like operating in the Kremlin during Soviet Russia. I am still awaiting a response to an email I sent enquiring as to how I performed in the interview, a response I know I won't receive. Avoid these time wasters, they don't know how to recruit based on the norms of the 21st century.
