Selection stages as follow: 1. CV + cover letter 2. fill out a Q&A form 3. interview with the healthcare team 4. analyse a company pitch deck 5. partner interview The final interview may be a formality as I was asked to liaise with the team for a potential start date. The interview process feels more like a conversation/discussion, revealing the friendly and inclusive culture of the firm. You were allowed to ask for questions and advice. In general, they are intrigued by my motivation in working in a VC and some of my previous experiences in my CV (it was something outside my field of study). The interviews had been so delightful.

Completed an online application with 3 long questions. 2 weeks later was invited to a virtual interview. The interview felt more like a conversation than an interview and served to probe how interested I actually was in the start-up industry. Unfortunately did not make it to the next round.
