Last year I interviewed for a Salesforce.com position. I met with 4 people internally and thought the interview process went well. The last person I spoke with was in HR. He told me he would be my point of contact going forward. Several weeks had passed and I had heard nothing back. I tried calling the HR contact and emailing him just to get an update and never once received a response. This was from November - January. I've recently received calls from other recruiters about this role at Ingredion and told them about this experience. One recruiter told me she asked Ingredion about me and they apparently had no record of me ever interviewing with them. If they treat candidates this way, I can't imagine how employee's are treated.
