Entrevista
Applied at career fair booth and got a call for a phone interview 2 months later. Scheduled phone interview followed by on-site visit to plant. Relaxed interview with behavioral questions. Following the interview was a tour of the facilities and meeting engineers. Was extended an offer at end of week.
Took a while to hear to hear after the career fair but process after happened quickly.

Phone screening followed by a proper interview with two managers. In between was a Korn Ferry assessment. I heard back a week after my interview about an offer via a phone call from HR.

They asked why I was interested in working at Ingredion.
Two rounds of interview: recruiter screen and then interview with hiring manager. They were all behavioral questions, and the recruiters were supportive and answered questions quickly. Very comfortable experience overall.
