The interview process was pretty simple and quick. All rounds happened within hours on weekend. It was a walk-in interview for their durgapur location. First round was normal Aptitude test. Nothing fancy here, no negative marks. Just try to complete all questions. Normal java and other Aptitude questions were asked. Next round was face-to-face interview. There were 2 interviewers. They started with my basic introduction and the kind of work i'm doing. They wanted to know the architecture of the project i was working in. Explained it briefly on paper. Next question was - what is dispatcher servlet in spring and how does it work. There were some hibernate questions about different mapping used (read them in depth). Their main focus was hibernate;so read it thoroughly. Another question was-what happens after we enter an URL in browser and hit enter. Just be confident. This round was easy only. No coding questions. Just study java, spring and hibernate thoroughly. Immediately after this round, they called for HR interview. After 1 or 2 days, i got the offer. Overall interview experience was very good. It was swift, logical and to-the-point.
