I participated in the recruitment process for the role of Senior Manager in Global Billing Technical Support in Barcelona. I successfully passed the screening with a Spanish recruiter and the interview with the hiring manager from the US but then had a long (1-hour) conversation with another Head of something (a key stakeholder, something like technical operations director for Spain) who asked me strategic and technically complex questions. I've never heard back from them after that interview.
