Applied online, but went in a few days after to check up on it. Manager told me to come back in a few days for an interview. At the interview, he asked me why I wanted the job and some other generic interview question, and that was it. Started a couple days after that.

Simple and Straightforward! I think it lasted around 20 minutes, and most were based on availability and understanding the company culture, values, and procedures. It felt more like a conversation than anything! The manager was able to tell me lots about his experience and it was really comfortable.
