I was contacted by one of their headhunters, and initially asked to do a phone interview with them. Subsequently, I was invited to their offices for an in-person interview by the person who I was replacing. Then, I was asked back to be interviewed by another colleague, and the CEO (being the assistant to the CEO, this was a must, but pls keep in mind that the CEO doesn't usually interview candidates that are not executive-level).
