Had a great conversation with the recruiter. Was given a performance task, and was then invited in for an interview. The interview was a panel composed of the operations director, someone else on the operations team and the recruiter. They asked a lot of questions about how I completed the performance task (which was done about a week in advance and I completely forgot about what I did) It would have been nice to have a print out, or if I was told to bring my laptop so that I could better explain my project.
