Very relaxed and straight forward, they invited me into a small conference room. It was really more like a conversation than interview and that was because the interviewers were very nice.

I got contacted for an interview with two directors and a senior manager about a month and a half after I had applied. Each of them asked a couple of questions. All personality questions and no technical testing.

Entrevista
Travelled to Toronto on my own dime. The interview took maybe 20 minutes. The HR person was very attentive and active while the technical representative clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Didn't seem like he knew very much about the job and what he wanted me to do.
