Entrevista
Interview initially with staffing manager who setup all of the meetings, kept things rolling and helped make sure I was prepared for each interview. Interview with hiring manager. Interview with a current solutions architect and account executive. Final interview was presentation and demo on the Infoworks software to larger audience asking questions along the way. Everyone was very nice, the process was challenging but also rewarding.

Pregunta 1
For the Solutions Architect role the emphasis is on a blend of technical and sales skills. Most of the questions revolved around experience with data and cloud technologies. From a sales perspective questions about how you approach the sales process, work with colleagues and interact with customers.

Entrevista
Phase 1: initial clearing discussion with HR recruitment resource. Next are the interviews with the hiring manager, technical resource and then sales resource.
Phase 2: Perform a demo of any product to the hiring team of 5 to six people where they will judge presentation abilities and ask a few more questions.
Phase 3: a couple of more interviews with executives.
Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. There didn't seem to be any stump the interviewee type of questions. Just trying to understand your scope of understanding and abilities.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who put me in touch with sales leadership in the patch I would be covering. After the discussion with the sales leader, I met him in person, since we live in the same town. I then had several video conference screenings. The last step was for me to fly to California to deliver a presentation to a group followed by a series of one-on-one interviews.
