Interview was really pathetic. I would suggest don't even go for the interview, leave about joining the company. I went through Growel softech, some consultancy. They don't want to take telephonic round, and will call you at their place. They will waste your entire day. The interviewers were really bad. They were smiling and laughing at answers. Who does that?? Let the answers be right or wrong, but who laughs in the interview. When asked about the right answer, they were saying same thing. They were not at all serious about interview and they were discouraging. If you aren't selecting the candidate, companies get to know that in 30mins. But this pathetic company took 3 hrs to decide. Actually for a few answer, later on I checked and they were saying it wrong. A bad company, a bad place to work. Go at your own risk.
