Entrevista
Infosys came to our college for campus recruitment as day 1 company. There were 2 screening rounds. First was 'Aptitude, reasoning and language comprehension' test and the another was HR round. As this was recruitment drive for freshers, there were no salary discussions/negotiations in HR round. Difficulty level of the first round was moderate.

After clearing the technical round, it was time for HR round. They first asked about my hobbies just to make me more comfortable. Later, they asked about future goals like if I want to go for higher studies or if I'm joining Infosys for very short term. Another question was how would you plan an event if you were made organizer. And of course, why I want to join Infosys and why should they hire you.
2 rounds of interview for Infosys first is coding round and then managerial round mostly and sometimes test is also there. Interview is not tough though but referral is important

Entrevista
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
