No proper structure. Students has to give their names and gets interviewed. They made us to wait whole day and at the end of the day they revealed the results. They are just eliminating the students

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
