Three rounds of hour long behavioral interviews. Typically with two directors and a partner. Hiring was paused for the role but found each conversation to be challenging. Be sure to have a few examples of teaching and learning methods if you interview for T&O team.

Overall, the interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of an initial HR screening followed by two technical interview rounds and a final discussion with the hiring manager. The interviewers were friendly and gave me enough time to think through my answers.

Overall interview process was:
Very smooth and process driven.
Quick feedbacks.
Quick outcomes.
Technical round was quite difficult, but indepth discussions with the interviewers. HR round was good as well.
Interview process went smooth and questions related to domain and technology were asked.
Few questions on client facing , AI and usage done were also asked. Overall it was a good experience
