I would like to share my experience for my interview which was happened on 5th Sep 15.
I have gone thru all the rounds of discussions including HR round. Last two days back surprised for me when i got a regret letter from infosys.
Even though HR had discussed with me on the salary compensation, Job Location, Job Title, which domain i will be working on etc. And HR told me that they will send offer letter which it takes 10 days of time. After having these kinds of discussions with HR, i am getting regret letter. I could not understand where it went wrong.
So if the person is not selected what is use of discussing all these details with the candidate by HR ???? Clearly they are telling you are selected lets discuss on the salary and all the details hr has written on the form in front of me.
2 Technical Rounds were confucted and after that its HR Discussion.
However this is only after you clear 2 Technical Rounds of Discussion successfully. Usually its techincal discussion to judge your skills

The first interview round will be conducted virtually, while the second round will be a face-to-face interview scheduled on weekends at a nearby company office.
Interviewer asked project based and management based questions.
So I had this interview at Infosys last week for a team leader role, and honestly, it went really well! I was a bit nervous going in because you know how these big consulting firms can be, but the whole experience was actually pretty refreshing.
The interview panel was really welcoming - there were three people: an HR person, a technical lead, and someone from the business side. What I loved was that they didn't just grill me with textbook questions. Instead, they seemed genuinely interested in understanding how I think about leadership and problem-solving.
The conversation flowed naturally, and I could tell they were really listening to my responses. They asked me to walk them through some real scenarios, which felt much more authentic than those generic "tell me about yourself" questions you usually get.

Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team through a challenging project with tight deadlines. How did you manage the team's workload and ensure quality deliverables?
How would you handle a situation where two team members have conflicting ideas about the technical approach to a project, and both are convinced their solution is better?
