interview was ok and to the point.There were 2 rounds one with Hr and other technical.HR was just for salary negotitaion.Don't expect any hikes here even with the best performance.

Brush up on your core technical fundamentals especially for engineering roles: DSA (linked lists, trees, graphs), system design for senior levels, technologies listed in the job description (e.g., Java, Microservices).
