Just described what I had been doing for the previous company. Explained it over, when I realised that neither of them had got anything about it at all. Well, as far as I am concerned it didn't bother me... that's so very "Infy". I was very hungry, and the sooner they warp up, the happier I'm.

There will be 2 rounds, arithmetic and reasoning skills, English vocabulary and grammar for fresher.
Once done with it, HR discussion related to educational background skills on the areas you have. It's the round where they can test your personal and education skills through your Communication skills.
After successful selection, you will get call letter for Mysore/Bhubaneshwar for the training. We need to clear the training successfully with the organizational standard criteria to secure the job in Infosys as an employee.

the recruiter will call and set up the interview. 2 member panel - face to face interview, very normal set up and typical questions. they will hire if they really have requirements, standards are not that high.
