I applied for off-campus Infosys hiring 2022, I got selected in online assessment and the interview went well, and was about to get a Letter of Intent.
Now The problem starts they have an internal glitch by which I got a mail that I haven't attended the interview and should reschedule it.
I need the job so I mail them regarding my issue but no response So, I rescheduled the interview, On the rescheduled interview day, I waited for the interviewer for about one and half hours but no one shows up.
And now it has been weeks, I have mailed them with my issue many times but No response.
They Don't Value Candidates Even If They Cleared Their Hiring Process.
online test followed by interview the next day. the online test consists of 6 sections . 5 sections were mcqs and last section was writing part.it was easy basic aptitude and pseudo code.

My interview primarily focused on Generative AI concepts, evaluation metrics for classification models, and vector embeddings, emphasizing their theoretical foundations, mathematical intuition, real-world applications, and implementation-level understanding across modern AI systems, including discussions on model architectures, performance analysis, and practical optimization techniques used in generative and embedding-based models.

It was very easy compared to other company. The interviewer asked questions on my project and normal hr questions were asked. It was a really good experience. I am very excited to be part of the infosys team.
