After sending my cv and entry sheet to the hr, I received the interview invitation.
There are two rounds of interviews. The first round was taken in Japanese, and the second one was in English.
The process is very fast. Only 10 workdays.

How do you persuade your customers to change their minds?
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.

They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
