HR Round:
1.How was your day and what is your opinion on our interview process
2. Tell me something about yourself which you have not written in the CV.
3. Can you throw some light on your family background?
4. Tell me about a situation where you lead a team?
5. Were there any difficult to handle members in the team? How did you handle them?
6. Tell me about your biggest failure and biggest achievement?
7. What do you know about Infosys business?
8. Would you like to ask any questions?
Only the hr questions asked and based on the projects. They only check your communication. Nothing to add just the confidence. Hr and the interviewer was a old man ok
there are two rounds 1) aptitude test 2)face to face interview
aptiude scores are evaluates based on sectional cut off and technical interview which is very basic and easy.aptitude is difficult. then there is upgradation of role
It was easy and interview went smooth with basic questions and interactive also they just ask one simple aptitude question in interview. And I was shortlisted also it is on campus placement so they just asked the basic questions and most of members shortlisted for the interview are selected for the company
