Entrevista
Three rounds of interview. First is technical and second is project management and finally HR. Technical round they asked simple questions and process round had some hard questions and HR is for salary negotiation.
Initial Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
• Resume walkthrough
• Salary expectations
• Work authorization & availability
• Work model (onsite/hybrid/remote)
• Basic fit for the role
Hiring Manager / QA Lead Interview (45–60 mins)
• “Tell me about yourself”
• QA experience (manual, automation, web, retail, SFCC, etc.)
• Test planning, defect lifecycle, test case design
• Tools used (JIRA, ALM, Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Scenario-based questions
Brush up on your core technical fundamentals especially for engineering roles: DSA (linked lists, trees, graphs), system design for senior levels, technologies listed in the job description (e.g., Java, Microservices).
