Entrevista
2 rounds were involved here. One was a group discussion where they gave us a topic and asked us to talk about it, I guess it was about Reservation. Then every group member had to summarise while seated in the group, which seemed odd since the last guys barely had anything unique to say, and I felt only the first 2-3 people could summarise uniquely. Those selected from the group discussion were called for an individual interview. Here, it was a very relaxed interview where we talked about things like sports, etc. I got the offer within 30 minutes of the interview.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
