      Multiple discussions and interviews. There was also a project to do about midway through the process. The oddest was the last “interview”. It was leadership, and you had to discuss so many things about college and your work history. I have a 20 year work history and then college prior to that.

      My interview process comprised of several stages including meeting with a recruiter, the CEO, and several CS team members. There were 3 activities that were required outside of interviews. Overall everyone was very friendly and I appreciated how thorough and thoughtful the process was. I was a little disappointed that after 5 rounds of interviews, and several hours of "homework" I was not chosen for the position, but far more disappointed that I never heard this from the company. The recruiter contacted me to let me know, but I never heard back from the Informed K12 team. This was a bummer after so much time invested on my part.

      The questions were heavily based on hypothetical scenarios. The intention seemed to be getting to know how the candidates reason and draw conclusions.

      Everyone that I met was very nice. However, I felt the process was very long and stretched out. There would be weeks that went by where I didn't hear anything back only to then be asked to do yet another interview.

We're glad to hear that you had good experience with our interview team! We understand that our process can be more lengthy. However, we always want to make sure candidates are updated in a timely manner and apologize that that was not your experience.
