Two rounds of interview:
1) Informal Phone interview.
2) Test + Culture + SQL
Test will depend on the team. The process wasn't too bad. Overall, I didn't get a good feeling about the company, team or culture. I don't think I'd enjoy working there. They made assumptions based on my Resume and deemed a few months gap in the resume as negative.
Why put someone through the interview in the place in the first place? I doubt if they'll attract smart talent.
