      I have given many interviews and this is the WORST so far. 1. To start with, after the initial conversation with the recruiter, she asked me to change my resume so that the hiring manager would find my resume attractive. [Blow #1] 2. Had a phone interview which was okay- a medium level question which I solved. All good. 3. Recruiter called me and said that they wanted to move with an onsite interview, but with the condition that it would have to be scheduled within 2 weeks. [Blow #2 - no respect for candidate's timeline] 4. When I said, I could not attend in next 2 weeks, the recruiter said - "now, you would have to appear for one more phone interview.." [Blow #3 - interview process changes randomly depending on whether you are immediately available for onsite interview or not.] 5. The BIGGEST LOW POINT - Recruiter used to call me directly at any time - even at 11 PM in the night - you read it correct 11 PM in the night...WTH calls someone at 11 PM? 6. For the second phone interview, the interviewer was late by 15 minutes, so I thought he/she would have stuck in critical office work. Hence, I left my house and started for office. 7. Interviewer called me 20 minutes after the scheduled time and no apology for being late and started asking questions. 8. Since I had already left my house, I asked if the interview can be rescheduled. She said "NO". [Blow #4 - no respect for candidate's time] 9. While this was happening, the recruiter called me thrice, texted me 5 times asking why didn't I answer the call. 10. Within a few hours, I got the generic rejection email.[ Hell yeah..I wanted that email..I would have never worked there even if they would have offered the job] I am just wondering if the recruiting process if so BAD, PATHETIC, DISRESPECTFUL, how the work culture would be. So my advice - PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS COMPANY !!!

      There are two rounds of technical interviews, one round of managerial interview and one round of HR interview. In first technical round it will be basic java questions, coding, unix and rdbms questions. Second technical round would be case study, real time scenarios and difficult coding questions.

      Entrevista

      Quiet exhausting and not worth it. It was 8 rounds of interview. Where in 5 were technical. 1 techno managerial 1 with director and 1 with HR. No interview was started on time. There were so many last moment changes on timings. Most interview are stretched 30-30 min even more than the allocated hours. The whole process took 1 month. After releasing the offer letter break up. They called after 2 days that the required is freeze. Not recommended. It’s unreliable. Thank god I didn’t drop papers at my current organization after receiving offer letter.
