Entrevista
Technical Interview:
- I had already worked with the Technical Interviewer for 3 years as a external employee so they were aware of my skills.
- Just general questions asked about other projects I have worked on besides working for them.
Director Interaction:
- The Director Interaction was just a formality.
- For me I wanted Mumbai location and they wanted me in Hyderabad to learn more so the director was trying to convince me to join them in Hyderabad.
- I assume its just that the director needs to understand what is your mindset in joining the company.
HR Discussion:
- Just salary negotiation.

Pregunta 1
What projects have you worked on and which was the most challenging one?
The tech interview on a DevOps position was adequate. The questions were about Linux, Cloud skills (mostly AWS), networking. No leetcode or any similar ridiculousness was involved. Two people were interviewing me and overall the questions and everything else was reasonable, which I liked. I got an offer and accepted it.

There was a coding exam, but mostly code check and providing solution. there was also an online behavioral assessment which they will also provide you a copy of the result.

Entrevista
It was a 3 step interview, 1st was the basic intake as always, 2nd a meeting with the director, manager and hr, where we talked about myself, the company and the role, 3rd and last interview was some tests and another meeting, all on site.
