During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Three interviews before getting the job. First with HR, then director, then three people - director, senior consultant and associate consultant. Afterwards you get the job. The interview process is pretty straight forward

First there is a video interview, then a take home technical coding interview and finally an interview with two senior members of the team.
