I was first contacted immediately (actually in 30 minutes) by an Infor senior talent acquisition after my online application. Then we scheduled a telephone interview quickly the same day. I got the call at the exact time scheduled and the interview was straightforward. She introduced clearly about the interview process and asked some questions. The total time of this interview was about 10 minutes. After the telephone, I was asked to answer 10 technical relevant questions in an email. The following day, I was moved forward in the next process and another telephone interview with hiring manager will be pending. The interview by now was well conducted and the communication was positive and encouraging. My understanding was that they tried to help me show a real myself.
