Applied via their website. Went thru all their face-to-face interview. I find it off that in this age of video interview they still prefer the former. You will undergo interview to team leaders then unit head for the final interview. After that they will congratulate you and will ask for your previous salary and then expectations. Afterwards they will ghost you. Won't reply to messages and e-mails. Haven't heard anything from them after passing all the interviews. One of the worst hr ever.

The interview process at Infor Manila was both thorough and welcoming. It began with a phone screening by the recruiter, where we discussed my background, relevant skills, and career aspirations. This was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager, who dove deep into my technical abilities, interpersonal skills, my experience and understanding of the role’s responsibilities.
During the interview, I was encouraged to ask questions, which helped me gain valuable insight into the team’s culture, future goals, and the opportunity for growth within the company. The interviewers were professional, clear, respectful, making me feel at ease and allowing me to highlight my expertise in a constructive way.

One key question they asked me was: ‘How would you handle competing priorities and tight deadlines while delivering high‐quality work?’ I think this really shows their focus on time management, adaptability, and delivering results under pressure — qualities I’m excited to bring to the team at Infor.
