Panel Technical Interview (2 Interviewers) then the following day Behavioral Interview with the Manager. This is an interview for a fresh graduate position. But since I've gone thru a training as a Developer and as a QA I already have an idea of what they are going to ask. They focus most on how deep your attention to detail and how you work as a professional.

7. Describe me your knowledge in automation?
Manager:
1. Why is a manhole round?
2. Why should I hire you?
3. Why should we choose you from other candidates?
4. Tell me about a time when you made a mistake.
5. What are your strengths and weakness?

Entrevista
The interview process includes an initial screening, a technical interview, and a final interview. You may also be asked how to test a certain thing to assess your communication and problem-solving skills. After the final interview, HR discusses the next steps or the job offer.
Phone interview - They will ask questions related to your experiences, resume. Technical Interview - Related to the basic requirements, extent of your knowledge. Final Interview - Very difficult questions; then Job Offer

Entrevista
The recruiter called me 23 hours after I sent an application on their website. They called me after 2 days saying that I passed the initial assessment and scheduled me for a technical interview the following week. The technical interview consists of 3 members within the team. They were all friendly and approachable. They told me to wait until the following week for the results. I sent a follow up email but they ghosted me. I was scheduled for an interview from another company so I didn't bother sending a second follow-up.
