The interview process at Infor consists of two main rounds. The first round is a Technical Interview, where candidates are evaluated on their core technical skills, problem-solving ability, project experience, and understanding of relevant technologies such as software testing, automation, programming fundamentals, and basic cloud concepts.
The second round is an HR Interview, which focuses on communication skills, cultural fit, attitude, career goals, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Both rounds together help Infor assess the candidate’s technical competence as well as alignment with the company’s values and work culture.
