Reached out to by the Senior Technical Recruiter for the role at the Tacoma office. Had to do a standardized test -- I thought this was annoying because I hate tests especially standardized ones. It's 15 mins with 50 questions. You don't learn what your score is you just get notified if you pass or not. Passed and did a technical phone screen with the hiring manager who was a Web Developer in California. The phone screen went horrible. The hiring manager was very negative and looked down on my answers. It was a straightforward question and answer format and she didn't believe my answers about the way I do things and how my current job does things. I felt very belittled by her.
