Bonus to Infoblox for contacting me within 2 weeks of applying. I spoke with the recruiter (Infoblox employee) for 30 minutes via the phone. Call went well, so he asked me to take 2 online assessments (personality and cognitive). I did this within a day of receiving the links. Then I heard nothing. I reached out to the recruiter 1, 2 and 3 weeks later. No reply. The use Jobvite, so I was able to see that my application was still "in progress". 3 months later, I received a generic "no thanks" automated email. It's fine that they didn't want to hire me, but the lack of communication after I invested substantial time (applying, interviewing and testing) is inappropriate.
