Via Skype, very comfortable answering and asking questions related to my work experience. I interview with the Sales Director who was in Brasil and with the Managing Director in Croatia, different styles but both went great.

Long process, no feedback, lack of clear description of the Role.
I was disappointed that a global company doesn’t provide any feedback. They just send automated email. Highly disappointing after investing time for two meetings.
