      Typical phone screen, then homework, followed by virtual onsite. Homework is interesting. Onsite is typical for this kind of position. At the onsite you are given algorithmic and architectural problems. At the end you have a chance to talk to higher ups at the company.

      Entire interview process took entirely too long - seemed like there was no urgency on their end. Technical questions were half leetcode style, half real-life application. Culture of the company seemed good but the length of time that the interview process took was really off-putting.

      The interview process was well-organized and concise from start to finish. I interviewed with the hiring manager first, followed by two members of the hiring team, a cross-team interview, the VP of my department, and the HR manager. All of this occurred in a single week, which was fantastic, as most other companies draw this process out over a month or more. Furthermore, the hiring coordinator was very accommodating to my schedule. As I was interviewing for the position of software engineer, the peer interviews were highly technical, and involved practical, real-world live-coding exercises and discussions. I appreciated that these were not cookie-cutter, leetcode algorithmic problems, but were more focused on engineering considerations. If I had any criticism, it would be that the company culture portion of the interview seemed somewhat generic -- after all, every company likely purports to value their employees, want to get things done, show humility, etc, and it was unclear to me during the interview how to determine whether the company would "put their money where their mouth was," i.e. how to determine if they were merely paying lip service to these important aspects of company culture. I don't have a good suggestion for how they might effectively demonstrate their real commitment to their values, maybe by providing examples or something, but I can say that since being hired, I have found that these company values are not merely lip service. Overall, this was one of the best interview processes that I've encountered, in terms of expedience, equity, and pragmatic, real-world approach.
