entrevista basica em ingles, vao perguntar experiencia no ramo e suas habilidades como customer support. a conversação é simples e direta. alguns cenarios são colocados pra você analisar e resolver
3 interviews were done. All via the web. The same basic questions were asked during these interviews so they felt a bit repetitive. Basic customer care questions as expected. Also, based on some of the questions asked, I could tell that my resume was not reviewed. First and third interview felt relaxed. Second interview felt rapid-fire and too spontaneous with no structure and proper explanation of certain unknown aspects. Very very long cognitive assessment which can definitely be condensed. As a matter of fact, some things that you're assessed on you won't even be utilizing during your employment (like crafting a properly worded empathetic email to a client) because you'll most likely follow a specific rubric that they've established.
IT was fine, smooth the questions were clear and objective. It didn´t last long. The only thing I didn´t like was when the HR gave me time to ask questions. She seemed to want to finish the interview quickly.

Great. The interviews are relaxed about complicated in any way. They are about 4 in the panel who listen in as well. All the best if you apply in this role
