Our owner, Zach does all of interviews himself because he is very hands on with the entire hiring and training process. With the being said, he likes the interviews to be comfortable and fun, if he threw out a few jokes that wouldn't be new to us here. We have a very positive and upbeat culture and want to make sure that our team has fun working with us. We have no reason to be sketchy and have had no issues with anyone before in reference to what you are speaking of.
