      Entrevista

Where to start with this company....3 interviews..The first interview was pretty straight forward 30 minutes with general questions about why you would make a good manager in a sales environment. I interviewed with the president of the company which seemed strange, but after the interview he asked if I would come back the next day for a 2nd interview. He explained that I would get a closer look at how the company worked and would get a better feel if I would succeed with the business. I showed up at 830 the next morning and was paired with the "top" manager to show around. After we introduced ourselves we quickly head for the door, to the elevator, out of the building and jumped into her car! We drove for about 30-40 mins conducting a general and awkward interview along the way, with her scribbling a few words here and there as we came to stoplights and stop signs. We finally came to a stop in front of a run down group of office buildings. We entered the buildings and the "top" manager in the company started knocking on doors and very annoyingly started badgering the person who opened it with questions about the company and who made all the decisions and if she wasn't allowed to speak to that person she just simply threatened to come back as many times as it would take until she got to see them (I found out during the day that she held her word on these threats). This continued for 8 hrs... she got 1 sale...I wish I hadn't been taught growing up to never quit anything or I would have walked away and took my chances with as a hitchhiker. The best part was during that sale when the person agreed to buy a box of paper she simply asked them if she could use their computer, made them an online account at the website and ordered it on there. At times she would intentionally leave long awkward spaces in conversation with "clients" that I later found out I was supposed to somehow fill. After this horribly long day we returned back to the office for my 3rd and final interview. The person I interviewed with the day before and the "top" manager had a 10 min chat and I was invited in afterwards. The head honcho then asked what I thought and how I felt I could contribute to the company. I bit my tongue, told them I would not be interested in contributing to their company, thanked them for their time, shook their hands and left, as soon as I was out of their line of sight I started sprinting...
