I had a phone interview as well as some email communications about the position. Overall they seemed to lack some common courtesy and professionalism since they never followed up about the opening or questions that they sent. A possible red flag is that they were also unable to even give a solid idea on their timeline for filling the opening. They also seem to have these positions posted open on their website almost year-roundn which might be a sign that they have high turnover for these roles.
